冬の間お休みしていた一本木亭が、雪解けとともに営業を再開していました！

一本木亭から見える御嶽山にはまだしっかり雪が残っています。

4月にはいっても寒い日が続く開田高原で、あたたかいとろろ蕎麦が体に染み渡ります。
別に注文した揚げたてのかき揚げもまた、力がわいてくる感じがして嬉しいです。

やわらかい皮とやさしい甘みがほっとするそば饅頭は、私の好きな木曽のお菓子の一つです。

一本木亭はお土産の数も豊富で、真空パックの蕎麦や、開田高原のあま～いコーンスープ、ブルーベリージャム、すんきを使った食品など人気の商品がそろっています。

木曽馬グッズもここで買えますので、旅の記念になりそうです。

“A soba noodle restaurant and souvenir shop, Ippongi-tei”

Hello, this is Kibi.
I visited a soba noodle restaurant, Ippongi-tei which just resumed business from 5th April, 2025.

Some restaurants and shops in Kaidakogen Plateau have closed during the winter season due to their high elevation and will re-open with the melting snow.

I think one of the best ways to have soba noodles is hot soup style with freshly fried tempura.
And finish with a soba-manju: a steamed buckwheat bun with sweet red bean paste. This is one of my favorite sweets in the Kiso area.

Ippongi-tei also satisfies visitors with various souvenirs. You can spot popular products here, like vacuum-packed soba, pre-packaged corn soup, blueberry jam, Sunki pickles products and more.
Cute goods of Kisouma horses may be a good souvenir of your trip!
