秋も深まり、　もはや冬ですが

Autumn deepens. Winter is coming.

 

みなさんいかがお過ごしでしょうか。

How are you?

 

あやさんぽは　スポーツの秋ということで（？）

I have begun to learn yoga in a class.

 

ホットヨガを　始めてみました

Autumn is a good season for sports.

 

最初こそ　ドキドキでしたが

I was nervous at first.

 

周りのみなさんが　自分の世界に浸っているのを見て

Now, I do yoga with concentration,

 

私も集中して　ヨガヨガしてます。

so other classmates enter their own world.

 

ただ、ヨガは本当にすこーーしだけ

I haven’t done yoga.

 

やったことがあるくらいだったので

まるっきりの初心者なのです

So I am a beginner.

 

そして　ヨガの翌日は　ひどい筋肉痛に襲われるのです

I get muscular pain the next day doing yoga.

 

え、そんなとこ痛くなるの？というようなところまで。

All over the body becomes painful.

 

鷹のポーズ？月のポーズ？賢者のポーズ？

Hawk pose? Moon pose? Wise man pose?

 

どれがいけなかったのー！って感じです。

Which poses have effected !?

 

でもこれからきっと　諸所の体の不調がよくなっていくのかな

I hope my health to be better.

 

と　にやにや期待をしていますにやにや

I grin with delight.

 

最近、にやにやすることが多いんですよね…

I often grin to myself recently.

 

みなさん！　廊下ですれ違った　あやさんぽが

もし　にやにやしていても

If you see me with grinning at corridor,

 

え……　って顔で見ないであげてください(..)

どうか　あたたかな目で。笑

please go easy on me.

 

 

 

本題に入りますと…！

By the way,

 

秋ってことですから

now is the autumn.

 

そりゃ　紅葉が見たい～(^^)　ってなりますよね。

I wanted to appreciate colored leaves; Kouyou.

 

取材に行ったのは11月初旬。

My visit was early November.

 

そろそろいいのでは？と思い

I thought it was already good for Kouyou.

 

木曽南部におでかけしました。

I went to south of Kiso.

 

まずは　春に訪れた定勝寺。

At first, I visited Joshoji Temple that I have been in spring.

このときから秋が来るのを　楽しみにしていました！）

I have been looking forward to come again in autumn! )

 

このお寺は　大桑村の須原宿にあります。

This temple is in Suharajuku of Okuwa vil.

 

紅葉の名所です

It is famous for Kouyou.

 

わくわく！どきどき！どんなかな！！

I was excited!!

 

…！？　ぜんぜん紅葉してない

…!? There weren’t Kouyou at all.

 

まだ来るの早かったか…

Was it too early to come?

 

大桑村に近づくにつれ　うすうす感づいてはいたけど。

やはり。

I felt it coming near Okuwa vil. Oh…

 

でもやっぱ雰囲気は　相変わらずスバラシイですな

But an atmosphere of the temple was wonderful.

 

このもみじたちが　ぜんぶ赤や黄色になったら

If these maples turn red or yellow,

 

どんなにきれいなことか！！

I wonder how a beautiful they are!!

 

あ～　また来ようかな～

I wanted to come here again.

 

あ、でも門の近くに　一束だけ赤くなった葉っぱが。

There were a few red leaves near a gate.

 

ちょっとだけど　きれいです(∩´∀｀)∩

It was beautiful.

 

紅葉は　なんだか癒されます。　しみじみ

Kouyou heals me. Thanks(^^)

 

真っ赤な葉っぱたちは　見られませんでしたけど

Thought I couldn’t see many red leaves,

 

趣だけは　味わってこれたのでよかったかな

I was glad to enjoy Japanese autumn.

 

 

さて　お次は…

Next is…

 

こちらも大桑村にあります　阿寺渓谷！！

This is Atera Keikoku (ravine) in Okuwa vil.

 

昨年　めろくんと訪れたときは

When I came here with Melo last year,

 

水がきれいできれいで　飲み干せると思いました。

I thought it was possible to gulp down water as it was really clean.

 

 

（水のきれいさが　伝わりづらい写真しか

残っていませんでした。）

(It’s difficult to show how clean the water is.)

 

めろは　ふさふさなので　足だけ濡れると

Melo is a bushy dog.

 

面白いシルエットになります。　乞うご期待

So, when he gets wet, he becomes boney.

 

今年の夏は　とある趣味に没頭していたため

I haven’t visited Atera Keikoku,

 

訪れることができなかった　阿寺渓谷

as I devoted myself to my hobby.

 

ちょっと山奥まで行くのは　様々な理由で厳しかったので

この日は　入り口の様子だけ　見に行くことに

I went to see a state of the entrance.

 

観光バスも止まってましたよー！

There was a sightseeing bus.

 

秋になっても　なお人気です

Atera Keikoku is popular not only in summer but also in autumn.

 

橋の端から見える景色は　とてもきれいでした

This is the picture taken at the bridge near by.

 

が、　ここもまだ　紅葉真っ盛りでは　ありませんでした

There weren’t Kouyou at all as wellJ

 

ただ！！　阿寺ブルーは瞬きを忘れるほど美しく

However the blue of the ravine called Atera blue. It was very beautiful.

 

「やっぱり阿寺渓谷ってすごいな。」と口から漏れるほどでした！

“Atera Keikoku is great,” I whispered.

もう寒いし　この青さは今年見納めかな…　と思って

As this was the last time to see the blue in this year,

 

最近あやさんぽが　絶賛トレーニング中の目力を使って

全力で目に焼き付けてきました

I saw the sight earnestly.

 

 

あー　きれいだった。　満足。

It was very beautiful. I was satisfied.

 

ということでですね！！

Thus,

 

まっかっかな光景にこそ　お会いできませんでしたが

though I couldn’t see many red leaves,

 

とても　大桑村の秋を楽しめました

I really enjoyed autumn in Okuwa vil.

 

ただ　もう少し後に　訪れればよかったかな…

と思ったり思わなかったり(゜゜)

I wonder whether I come again.

 

 

というわけで　今回のあやさんぽは　これで終わり！

Now today’s Ayasampo is end.

　10月下旬の　蓼科湖です

　This is Tateshina lake at the last ten days of October.

 

　台風がきていた時期で　小雨も降っていましたが

　Though there was typhoon and light rain,

 

　きれいな景色を　見ることができました！

　I could see a beautiful scene!

 

　最近　私のPENTAXくんの活躍が　目覚ましいです

　My camera; PENTAX, is useful recently.

 

　じわじわと　実力を出しはじめました。

　He is my important thing.

 

　これからも　県内のいろんなきれいな場所の写真を

　撮っていきたいと思います～

　I want to take many pictures all over Nagano from now on.
