今年も新酒の季節を迎え、酒蔵の軒先に鮮やかな緑色の杉玉が掲げられました。
そこで、2025年4月19日、木曽町で開催された「春の蔵びらき」を振り返ってみたいと思います！

木曽町の行人橋から木曽川の右岸を南西へ5分ほど歩くと 「中善酒造店」にたどり着きます。
リニューアルされた店内には日本酒の立ち飲みスペースがあり、「中乗さん」というブランドで知られています。

春の蔵びらき、二軒目は「中善酒造店」さんです。

蔵びらきは、お店のすこし先にある蔵の中で行われていました！

南社長とスタッフさんに笑顔で迎え入れられ、会場内で好みの日本酒をテイスティングできる引換券をかねた入場チケットを購入します。

一歩足を踏み入れると、そこは人々の笑顔と歓談で活気づいていました！

チケットをもぎり日本酒を受け取ると、まるいテーブルを囲んで隣り合った方々と言葉を交わします。
はじめまして！から、最短距離で仲良しになれるのが、中善酒造店の日本酒の魔法です。

以前から気になっていた日本酒を一挙に試せるのも、蔵びらきイベントの魅力です。

中乗さん特別純米酒は、お米の旨みと甘みと酸味のバランスが整っていて飲みやすいです。

季節限定のKyozonは、すんき由来の乳酸菌で作られたお酒だそうで、舌先にすこし炭酸を感じる独特の爽やかさがあります。

居合わせたお客さんと盃を交わし、おいしい日本酒と、春の解放感を満喫する・・・。
これが蔵びらきの醍醐味なのでしょう。

普段は車をつかう地元の方々も今日ばかりはバスでやってきて、心おきなく美酒をあおります。
6杯飲んだらあなたも立派な「酔っ払い」です！

“A great magic of Japanese sake; Nakazen Shuzo-ten sake brewery”

Hello, this is Kibi.
At the Kurabiraki event in Kiso-machi Town, only on this day, ladies and gentlemen can toast and enjoy tasting sake in two sake breweries’ storehouses.

I walked southwest about 5 minutes along the Kiso-gawa river from Gyonin-bashi bridge then I got to the sake brewery, Nakazen Shuzo-ten.
The sake brewery is well known for their original brand sake, Nakanorisan.

President Minami and the staff welcomed me with big smiles at the day.
I bought the admission ticket which included 6 samples of their sake and entered the storehouse where there were many people already.

People exchanged greetings and chatted around round tables even though it was their first time meeting.
Nakazen’s sake quickly creates connections between people like magic!

The first sake photo is of Nakanorisan Tokubetsu Junmai-shu: a special pure rice sake. It has a mild aroma with a fruity rice taste.
The second sake photo is of Kyozon. This light sparkling sake is seasonal and is made from Sunki pickles lactic acid bacteria so it has a unique refreshing taste.

Delicious sake and spring atmosphere definitely made people feel refreshed.
