この春よりお世話になります！

週末は、私の前任のUさんの足跡をたどって開田高原にあるカフェ＆レスト はーとを訪れました。
ログハウスの店内に流れるゆったりとした時間の中でメニューを眺めていると、そこには子どもの頃にあこがれたメロンクリームソーダがありました！

グラスに注がれた蠱惑的なエメラルドグリーンのソーダの上にバニラアイスクリームが浮かびます。
この思いがけない邂逅は、すっかり大人になってしまった私を童心に戻し、懐かしい時代にタイムスリップさせてくれました。

季節で変わるケーキはどれも美しく、テーブルの上に並べて眺めているだけで幸せな気持ちにさせてくれます。それにとっても美味しいです♪

14時以降は喫茶のみになることが多いそうですので、営業時間等はお電話でご確認ください。

“A cozy eatery, Cafe & Restaurant Heart”

I was newly assigned to this blog as one of the writers from April, 2025. Nice to meet you!

When I visited Cafe & Restaurant Heart, in Kaidakogen Plateau, an item on the menu caught my eyes!

A melon soda float, a glass filled with emerald colored soda pop and scoops of vanilla ice cream.
I’ve been fascinated with melon soda floats since I was a child. This reunion made me feel like I had traveled back to the good old days of my childhood.

Also the seasonal cakes were really beautiful and delicious so these made my weekend really happy.

Please note that the cafe switches from lunch time to tea time at 2 p.m. and sometimes has irregular opening hours.
When you visit the cafe you can enjoy set meals and cakes in the relaxing atmosphere of a natural log cabin.
